Can you help me identify 1961 "car carft"

i found this boat in a junkyard and i want to know if anyknows a little more history on it. All i know is that it was built in 1961 and it was made by car carft. Thats what i was told anyways.Thanks for your help and any imformation is great. And is this boat rare and how much are they going for fix up. Thanks again

hey dont know if you know,but fiberglass rots just like wood , just takes longer,better check it out good before you buy,

What a cool lookin' ride though! Kinda reminds me of a '57 Chevy...with all the entailed work as well.

go to the site: (the hull thruth) go to photos;then scroll down to antiques;,there is what appers to be this boat being towed by a really cool car

Here is another thought......Imagine it painted a muted Green/Grey wash, similar to opaque animation cell medium green...Then just picture George Jetson flyin away......
That is one cool ride, and if it were anywhere near Washington State, I would snap it up myself. Too bad it ain't, otherwise, it would be gone in a "Jetson's Swish"
