Can these fan boats perform ?

Can they ? How decently ? Assuming 200 HP, what can be expected in chasing crooks ?

we have air boats like that down here, never as nice, but they perform fairly well, but can be a bit tippy at times. just a flat bottom with a big fan on the back, really loud. really great for shallow draft; they can move on wet grass.

They are also used in Finland between the seasons of solid ice and free water. Easy to traffic in broken ice and when the ice is not thick enough for snowmobiles.

Not in high speeds, though.
