I WANT TO BUILD BOATS WHERE DO I GO FOR INFO ON REGULATIONS ;BEAM,LENGTH,HORSEPOWER TO BOATSIZE RATIO, ETC...

The USCG has a lot of info that will point you in the right direction. Also look in the Code of Federal Regulations it has everything required to comply with the law. ABYC can provide all the rest.
