45 Carricraft Seaworthy?

I Came Across A 45 Carricraft Hull For The Price Of The Transport.the Cabin Is Shot But The Hull Is Sound.this Would Make A Huge Fishing Platform With A Pilot House.its A Cat Hull So It Should Be Economical To Run With Twin 3208 Diesels That I Pulled Out Of Another Boat.how Seaworthy Are These Hulls Can I Use It Offshore ?the Center Of Gravity Would Be Low With The Cabin Removed.kinda Just An Idea But Its So Cheap.
