26' Hydrasports doesn't handle 2-3' seas

Dear sir, I am searching for information pertaining to a production boat. I have a 2000 26 Hydrasports center console with twin 200hp. outboards. I can't keep the boat in the water at a nominal speed and in moderate sea conditions. ex. 25mph, 2-3 ft sea. In just wind chop inshore, no problem it is offshore in a swell I encounter serious wave hopping. I believe the weight bias is the problem but looking for specs to confirm. The load aft from the the centerline of athwartships counting fuel, gear, motors, bracket, running gear inside hollow bracket and passengers approx 4500lbs. Boat weighs 6200 dry.The motors are always trimmed in and can't get the bow down and the sea acts like ramps. I would appreciate any help to point me in the right direction.
The reason for all this, Hydrasports claims nothing wrong and on top of all that, OMC just filed bankruptcy so, I may have to fix this myself if I find a direction to go.

Not familiar with the model, but sounds like too much weight aft of LCB. A pair of 200's on a bracket kicks in a huge aft trim moment. Assumed you tried the trim tabs along with engine trim? If no tabs, you might stand a small chance by adding them.
First, find another boat of same design, ask about performance, and analyse the differences between the two, particularly weight and longitudinal center of gravity.
If all else fails, swap the 200's for motors about 1/3 lighter.

Agree with the post above...
If you can find someone else with the same boat, that will really help to discover what (if anything) is different and causing the problem.
Trim tabs may provide a solution, but it would be best if you could get your hull to balance out without using them too much.

A final thought: are you using chopper props? Choppers tend to provide a lot of bow lift while cleavers provide a little stern lift.
