1995 Bayliner Capri 1750 Pedestal seat conversion

I just purchased a 1995 Bayliner Capri 1750 has soft spots in floor around floor well between back to back seats.My desire would be to eliminate the bace to back seats that sit way to low and repair the floor and install 2 pedestal seats. Does anyond have any advise,or input on what I am up aganist??? Thanks[/b]
