wish to repower my reinell with an outboard motor, the present engine is 160hp merc i/o.my question is how small an engine would reasonably propell the boat.dealers are hell bent on selling a 200 hp, i dont water ski and want to keep fuel consumption to a minimum.the hull is v shape hard chine planing hull.any suggestion is most appreciated.
