1975 OMC Power Tilt mounting question

Hi all:

I am installing a pre-1976 power tilt/trim unit on a 1975 Johnson 115. This unit has a bracket/plate that mounts to the motor's midsection. There are six holes, the lower four are threaded and the top two are not. I have determined the lower four holes are threaded for 3/8-16 bolts and attaching the plate is fairly obvious for these. The question is what about the to two holes that are not threaded; is there some special part I need to secure the plate at the top?

Thanks
