1960s Formula

Does anyone know about a Formula model, approx 17-18ft, probably from the late 1960s? My uncle owned one about 15 years ago. It was not a Formula jr., and it pre-dates the F-180 series. It resembled the larger 233 model, hence my 60s dating. I think the engine was a 188/233 Mercruiser v8. I remember the windshield had no side panes, just bars running to the gunwhale. Appreciate any help identifying this model.

Formula only has their brochures back to 1972, but you can look and see if the model is in there...
