| 1959 Quaker State -- Delta?? I recently purchased a boat on ebay and am trying to track down what it is. I think it is a Delta by its' look, but on both sides it says "By QUAKER STATE" On the inside dash it says Holliday (note the two lls). It is registered as 1959 Quaker State Hull No. 1534. Since I can't find any boat manufacturer by the name of Quaker State, I am wondering if it was manufactured by Delta and used as a contest prize. . . . oil endurance testing. . . . . executive pleasure boat? Any suggestions and could someone confirm it is a Delta. (It is a little over 15 feet). Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.  |
