| 1936 Megayacht ID Needed This snapshot was taken on the 8th of July 1936, at the Eastern Yacht Club anchorage at Mattapoisett MA. I am trying to ID the large power yacht tied up next to the J boat. My library is exclusively sail, and going through old Yachting magazines has turned up nothing, so I am forced to rely on the kindness of strangers :-) Anybody recognize her? The J is about 125 LOA, so she must be 250 feet longer or more. Many thanks. Cheers, Earl |
