03' 3.0L mercruiser won't start, Need help!!!

So it started when the boat died out on the water, couldn't get it started again. It just cranks, no spark. I tried the old screw driver in the plug wire trick, We had spark one time. We got it running after fooling around with stuff. Now there is no spark coming from the coil. Here's all that is new or fixed
Rebuilt carb
ignition coil twice
cap
rotor
ignition module
I checked the throttle cut off switch, it's good
Good battery
I noticed that the Tach stopped working right before all of this started. The marina said to disconnect it and then try, NO JOY! I read out pretty much every wire and the all seam to be good.

Fuel is not the problem, the carb is spraying just like it should. The kill switch read out good.

Don't know where to go from here, Any Ideas.
