yamaha F15 prop

hi,

i have a 1999 yamaha F15hp 4 stroke long shaft that has a 9 1/4 10 1/2 prop on it. does anyone know what is the max size prop that i can put on it without putting to much stress on the motor just to give me a little extra top speed.
say maybe a 9 1/4 11 or 12 ?

p.s the motor is on a 13ft fiberglass fishing boat
