What does blueband mean for a mercury unit

Hi again guys, Im chasing up some info as to what type of old engine I have, I know its a 20 hp mercury 200 and its got a blueband on it, Ive found engines advertised saying blueband does anyone know what this means. I also went to the oldmerc site and unfortunatley mines an australian serial no so theres no way of identifying the year anyone got any suggestions
Thanks Steve
