Prop pitch & diameter

Looking for advise on best prop pitch and diameter for rib with following specs:

27 foot rigid inflatable boat
deadrise at transon 16 degrees, midship is 24 degrees
power is twin evinrude 150 hp outboards
total weight with 50 gallon fuel tank is 1,950 lbs.
Use is open ocean

What are the gear ratios and also max rated RPM of the motors? Also,Is the 1950 lb Displacement, total, with one passenger and minimal fuel ?

Is this boat running now or in planning stage? WOT RPMs "now" will be big factor in prop selection.
An educated guess says a 13 X21 is in the neighborhood.
