| overheating SUZUKI DT65 Hi can anybody advise, I have a 1996 DT65. I have just changed the water pump, Having re-conected the the gearbox housing and bolted everything together there is now no water reaching the thermostat. Please help. |

| Sounds like you left out or dropped the key that holds the impeller to the shaft or put the inlet outlet plate in upside down etc ... or did you fail to engage the outlet pipe from the pump with the pipe to the head? drop the lower leg ..... |

| Hi thanks for the reply, just so you know. A marine shop fitted all the water pump components. I have back flushed the system and re-seated the Impeller myselfand now it works fine |
