Googling, they appear to be from China. I say this because they go out of their way to avoid stating where exactly they're made, and it looks like they didn't proof read their website, which must have saved a buck or two.
Every day, however, Chinese stuff gets better. Now, some stuff is getting really good. Does this mean outboards too? Time will tell.

I think you are right about Chinese stuff, i have some friends in China, who are making some quality survey! Are trying to improve all processes, but is very hard to have a good result when the people don't have a proper education.

    Take care,
    Dragos!

It won't take long and all cars will be from China. Until every Chinese has a car, and then cars will come from Africa.
