Merc 20 hp hi-speed starving

Long story short (see previous threads by starville): fixed multiple leaks, carb problems etc. Motor runs perfect at full throttle for a minute or 2 then falls off. Last change was to re-hub the prop and recon the blades. Motor is now 95% fixed except when hitting waves it faLters a bit. Maybe I will set float a bit higher to keep fuel above Hi Jet? Opinions welcome, thanks.
