| Help Merc 135 Tach Wire Location ? Hey I'm just finishing up my custom sea sled, and I need to know where the brown wire draws off the motor to serve as the signal to the tach, ALL and ANY assistance would help, Thank you so very much. If you have pictures that would also help as well The motor is a 93 I believe and is a V-6 135 Mercury. |

| Fiber Should be a grey wire and it is in the loom from the engine. depending on what control you have (external sidemount has the plug in it) or the dash loom will have the wire in it. ( the wire was tan back in the 70's on Merc's when the tacho was driven by the ignition system rather the charging system.)
