Its the Old Math, Not that fancy European Metric Math.

Apex thinks 25:1 is a Ratio anyway.

Do tell him that thats the equalization rate of German Engineers with calculaters to One Yankee Inginuwiteer with a Rule of Thumb.

The best way to get the proper burn rate on an old outboard is to mix enough oil that the black fies dont bother ya and then back off the mixture knob just a tad until the engine stops sputtering.

Geeshe! Thats the differance between someone who pays a tecjhnician to "Tune" his BMW and somewho who can actually repair a Panhead useing nothing more than barbed wire and a pair of pliers.
