1969 Mercury 125 OB Question

I just bought a 1969 sidewinder with 69 mercury 125HP OB Inline 6. I Need info on what the peak RPM this thing should run at. I am pretty sure this thing is over-revving at higher throttle so i am thinking a new prop may be in order. The previous owner ran it at high elevation so he has a prop for that. I think he said its a 19 pitch, but he really wasnt sure.

If anyone can help or point me to a site/other forum with good info i would appreciate it.
