| Power tie breaker So we have a tie. Those that are interested know both sides of the story. Will and Mike have done an incredible job of advocacy for their choice. I have learned more than I would have thought possible during this debate. I had hoped we would draw in some more voters. It’s down to INBOARD or OUTBOARD. Vote soon and vote often.
