Hmmm... A hovercraft scares the hell out of Alaskan fish I guess ;-)

Isn't she an ugly sink?! I realy hate it when people just have an idea and put a lot of effort in a patent and not just as wel develop the product before trying to make a living(?) out of it. Who'se interrested in the patent in stead of the product?
Only the copy cats I believe.

I have had many fish jump in the path of my hovercraft.

Once on Ford lake the carp stuck their heads up out of the water (dozens of them, sticking up 8 inches or more, craft has 5 inch clearence height) and I knocked a few of their heads by accicent. Something about the airborne resonant frequency of the skirt fabric near the surface contact point of the water - I guess.

What a waste of time! When there's a perfectly good implement in use already - the Hovercraft!

Snow Boat - Why in God's name ?

I see that 'Time' Magazine raved about it.... Back in the eighties they also named Sadam Hussein 'Man of the Year'.... or is that being political....

maybe off topic, but in Norway it's a sport to drive the snow scooters on water. It works as long as you can keep the speed up :-)
