| high speed mobil i-net 1/4 up to more than 50 miles wireles high speed LAN WIFI, is this the boaters i-net or can a marinofoon do that? are you still loggin in with a 9600 bps cell phone and laptop? or who uses that new high speed UMTS mobil system wavelenght sold by european gouvernments as very expensive fried air (and now pricing), than there is also satelite but how do you connect mobil to the net? |

| Marina-centered wireless Not a high-seas solution here, but the link points to one fellow's marina-based solution. I believe he first put the system together simply to provide himself with the capability where his boat is berthed. Then proposed the service to the marina operators, organized the 'hotspot' and set up other interested boaters.
