I thought I could rant here?

The guy wrote a 658 word response to Mat and said NOTHING!!. I think that pretty much sums up what he has, nothing.

On his website he has Video's showing his invention in action, and then in the post I refrenced above he says he has nothing developed yet, its all in his head?

Sorry but you dont have to have an MBA, or a PHD to read a guys own BS to hear what he has to say.

He will keep talking and he will keep digging deeper and deeper. Its in the nature of people like this, the story will change, and advance and contradict <sp?>.

You know I really think if this guy was from Nigeria instead of BC Canada with this same attitude and line of BS you guys would not be giving him near the benifit of the doubt you are presently giving him. IMHO.

Agreed K9, I was hoping that Mat may uncover more - the guy seems to trawl this net looking at who is who etc.. I was hoping with everyone looking self-interested and not looking - you know - Never mind. either way all will out in the wash....

I was not suggesting this is a no rant zone etc..... On which was mine on the mark or too much over the top?

Naaah. A good healthy rant.

Mine might have seemed trivial to some, being over something small in the face of the troubles facing the US and the world ... but that is my point. This is an effort by Americans to reach out and help Cubans, as people to people ... only one of many such efforts for Cubans ... and the imbeciles in government want to stop it because they're worried it might help Castro in some indirect way. Idiots!! You're right exactly; reaching out to help people without counting the political cost first is powerful and is a big part of why we are on the planet. 6 1/2 years ago we had a position of moral leadership in the world. These imbiciles have pissed away so much of it.

Yes, I say to all my fellow citizens, get off your asses, think about what you want us to be in the future, think about how good it will be to regain the moral high ground ... and VOTE!

I hate to see any historic boat rotting. There are MANY right here in the US that need a LOT of help.

I know that for years the US has tried to isolate Cuba. Its worked, the country has been truely screwed by us and Russia. Its funny because Fidel came to the US first for help but we wanted the more corrupt government to stay. Seems whenever the US tries to help we make things worse. We mean well, we really do, but we just never get it right.

All that being said. I dont think it will change in Cuba untill Fidel dies.

C'mon then, give K9 something to complain about post one with more than 659 words.? Ride your own pet issue - in your own words. You may feel better for it

LMAO

You have found me out. I troll the forums on the web trying to talk investors out of thier idea after they have gone public with thier idea but before they have them pattened or have any money to develop them.

I am curious? who posted this feedback?

"another BS post, at this rate you will be top poster by june or july. Good show."

and gave me a MINUS? - what for? and anonymously? - - in which year? - I am less than 1400 against well over 3000 - very loose with the facts aren't we? - Do I need to identify the thread too? - - Drago's xyzanchor thread!!!! Within the same section that safewalrus got his post of anonymous "bad feedback" - it seems not only a COWARD but a careless one?

Anonymous negative posting is the one drawback of this forum structure. Hard to believe there are those who think being anonymous is anything but cowardly.

Perhaps the identity could be automatically done as with normal posts? May I suggest your intervention Charlie - I may be seen as a bit too rabid still

A while back, I sent Jeff a message suggesting something like that. Obviously, my view did not prevail. Jeff has been very responsive on other issues, and an excellent forum meister in most respects, but this one negative aspect remains. Possibly it is part of a forum package software, and Jeff can not change it. I don't know the answer, but I don't like the anonymity option (just don't sign it) for feedback. It's a blight on an otherwise outstandingly good forum, IMHO. I thought the clash of sometimes conflicting opinions, as much as the sharing of ideas and helpful advice, was the whole point of a forum.
