wind steering servo blade size

Hi all, I am interested in the suggested ratio between the rudder size and the steering oar of a servo pendulum style wind steering device. The rudder is a non balanced, high aspect ration, skeg hung type. Boat is a medium fin keeled, cruising yacht of moderate proportions. All up weight of 10 000kg.

cheers
