Pan Tilt Zoom Cameras

I would like to install a camera system aboard a 70' trawler. I would prefer to have pan-tilt zoom cameras with a good color picture. The exterior environment seems to be harsh on cameras even when in an enclosure. Does anyone have any manufacturer recommendations for a reliable product?

On a 70ft I assume it is allowed to recommend the "upper class" suppliers?
