Mastervolt generator

One of my clients are considering replacing generator for his 42ft cat.
One of candidates is Mastervolt Whisper 8 but I cannot find feed back from users.

It is light weight unit and quite small in size. Do anybody have opinions?

They have been manufacturing chargers, inverters, battery monitoring system for a while. I was told Whisper 6,8 & 10 was off production and they are introducing a new models. But they still supply old models at good price and I love to know how they perform.

I have just been reading up on them,-- very impressive and just what I need 3.5KW for my cat, whisper quite light weight compact.

UNTILL I managed to find the price 6900 GBP ( 10,000 dollars) Thats going a bit for something 19 inches high 260cc.

I can buy a 900 CC Kawasaki custom motorcycle for that.

Yes, very compact and light. I want to hear from owners' opinion. It has a high revving engine so they made it small.
Kawasaki ER-6 is much cheaper but it is not a yachtee stuff.
