Johnson Meteor help

Hello, I am new here, and to owning a boat. I gotr a screaming deal on a boat and motor combo that i could not pass up. Well i need some help

The motor on the boat is an old johnson meteor 4cyl, model # v4tl-13A
I need a wiring diagram, there is a few wires that are ripped off due to someone trying to steal the motor. And also they stole the controls. so where would i find some controls for the motor? are they universal pretty much? or are they specific to that motor?? any help will be GREATLY apprecieated!!! thanks guys
