electric controls install?

has anyone ever installed MicroCommander Electric Throttle controls?
Curious of any hints or tips I could utilize... seems pretty straight forward to me...

I have twins with an alternate power supply.. primary power coming off the panel and perhaps a secondary off the genset starting battery... any thoughts/??

As far as what? Im confused, you want to run them with twin power supplies. Or you have twin engines and you want independent power for the controls?

You can also have the old push/pull throtle's mounted in the engine space out of the way if you are worried about failures. However if you run them off you main batts then it really shouldnt matter, Cause if you dont have batt power your not going to have a running engine. They draw less then 2 amps. So they are not likely to draw you power down while your alternator is charging your batt.
