| DC / AC Genset Hi guys, I was thinking for installing a PowerGen micorgen 1800M in my sailing catamaran that is under construction. Problem is it looks like the company has ceased trading. Can anyone confirm this. Does anyone have any recommendations for anything similar, or should I just go with an AC genset - Panda was the first choice but have read a lot of back reports about them. | I'd go with AC genset, and use something like this, from Xantrex, to keep your batteries charged. It depends if your loads are mostly AC or DC. |
