BayStar vs SeaStar Steering ???

Any comments on Teleflex BayStar hydraulic steering compared to their SeaStar system? Application is a 23' "semi-displacement" lobster boat with a 115 HP outboard, displacement around 4000 lbs.

The BayStar system is about $500 less expensive and based on Teleflex's catalog should be adequate. I'm wonder though if there is noticeable difference in performance or reliability.
