yes it has been 6 years from the first time i saw this and it seems that i was told a lot of fibs from my so called designer lol
maybe he was the paper boy on this lol

I think it is for salvaging sunken boats. Only problem would be the mast.

Obviously they have not put the hoists on yet.

its supposed to be for cruising but I don't think its stable enough for open ocean work, so not so sure they are doing anything with it. Just sorta a gimmick boat they did for fun.
