Starter plan

I would like a multi hulled, power sailing, vessel to cruise in I would most likely build it in Trinidad or in Guyana. Since it needs to be able to cruise the deep seas, I am guesing 40 foot plus. I want head room and I am 6'4".
Any suggestions or links you can give me will be very helpful.
Since i am open to anything in relation to material, cat or tri etc.

Thanks In advance and goodnight its 2 Am here and i need to be up in few hours
