Oddball Catamaran-Know Any More??

Since there is no place for power cats....

Does anyone know anything about this thing???

You know how when you're in the line-up at the grocery store, and the person in front has a huge mole on their neck with hairs growing out of it...and you can't help but look at it?And then you realize you've counted the hairs??
Or those bald splotchy Mexican dogs??

Well thats the case with this one-I can't help but wonder:
What's the stern look like?
It seems to have a spoiler-why?
What's the layout?
And why the casual disregard for symmetry and fairing..and BTW what the hell is it made of?

The plates look like Washington State, and there is some snow on the ground.

It may be a papier mache float for the next parade.
