Foiler

Tom, thanks for posting this. I've e-mailed you regarding more details since I can't read the whole article-I let my sub lapse. Any word on the foil system?
Just at a glance: whether it's surface piercing or fuly submerged it doesn't appear to me to have enough beam. Both Sam Bradields surface piercing foiler ,his fully submerged Scat, Rave have beam greater than length to reduce foil loading. Hydroptere (LOA 59' Beam 80') likewise. It would be interesting to understand their design philosophy.....Thanks again!
PS- many foiling cats have suffered because rules or other considerations limited beam....
