Gee I wonder how much interest there will be at $85,000 it's a lot of money for a daysailor and a tough sell against a boat like a corsair sprint mk2 or an F22.

Anyone seen a picture of a real boat? One of those illustrations of a jib sheeting position is absolutely impossible. This looks very cartoonish.

Apparently there are four boats under production so some pictures should come up soon. I agree the sail handling controls look wrong also no traveller for the main? Seems like a retrograde step.

Perhaps they were trying to keep the price down ?

While going all carbon? But then again no lifting foils either-saving money at the "expense" of modern design and performance? Something sure doesn't add up-especially on the 15.

Could be RR but the price seems quite high all the same. For a low freeboard boat like this in a carbon build I'm sceptical that the weight is reduced all that much maybe glass foam sandwich hulls with carbon crossbeams and mast where the nature of carbon gives the most benefit and a bit more sail area to compensate for the extra weight may have been a better solution.

where does the trampoline deck go when it is folded down? does it roll up like a window shade?

looks like a lot of slick marketing to me. Sometimes they use a bit of carbon in it also just for marketing. Snow ski manufacturers put a few strands of carbon fiber into the ski to claim "carbon graphite construction". Could be same thing here.

There have been some updates on the blog. The video shows some of their building jigs and some photos of the layup and bagging of the centre hull.
