    Thanks ,Corley. Reducing the beam to fly the main hull has another effect -impossible to gage from video I've seen -and that is to increase the angle of heel of the boat when it does fly the main hull.

    OH man... I think I'm in love... Just need a few modifications like a boom and rudder on the main hull and it'd be perfect.

    That's very interesting- Matt's a friend and just had his team paint my test model. Their workmanship is impeccable....

    Thanks Doug, looks like a FUN (in capital letters) boat. It's the $100k+ price tag that's tough to bite off.
