Determining Beam Width

    That post was very helpful. Now I'm inspired to re-read Shuttleworth's multihull stability article.

    There is tacking aswell. I guess with rounded hulls and daggerboards it's less of an issue but hulls like wharrams, soft vees even lar keels are hard to drag around. Bigger beam can make tacking harder...
