crusing cat crew rescue

I found a video un xsracing.org. that shows a cat crew being rescued in the pacific. any-one know any further details.
the article is from earlier this month. scroll down a few articles
the boat seems to be very stern down. but then again Iwould not have a clue as to why etc.
