Converting Dart 20 cat into a tri

Hello,
I'm considering to convert my Dart 20 cat into a tri. I'd prefer to buy a built main hull, beams,... and use the amas, mast, rigging, sails from Dart. I'd like to move from the sport cat sailing to a little more family friendly day (weekend) sailing.

I found Predator 21 (Converter 21) as one possibility. Does anybody knows something more about this boat? Except the web page I can't find any informations about the boat. It has a huge cabin, I suppose It's not very sportly.

The other consideration is TGull 23xx.

Any other possibilities?

[Specs of Dart - LOA=5.94m, mainsail 18m2, jib 5m2, mast 9m]

Thanks for your reply!
