The Catering Cat

To all other's that are as crazy as my brother say's I am,

I want to take an early 1980's Hobie Cat Catamaran 18-20 ft. in length and build a deck on top of the pontoons. On this deck I want to create an evenly proportioned working kitchen to perform dockside clambakes and lobsterbakes at my summerhome. My biggest concern is the weight limit I am able to load on the pontoons. I am getting the boat for next to nothing so I have to attempt it. Any information would be much appreciated, Thank you.

They have very little reserve floatation on the ends. If you walk to the corners it will heel over.
