| The Catering Cat To all other's that are as crazy as my brother say's I am, I want to take an early 1980's Hobie Cat Catamaran 18-20 ft. in length and build a deck on top of the pontoons. On this deck I want to create an evenly proportioned working kitchen to perform dockside clambakes and lobsterbakes at my summerhome. My biggest concern is the weight limit I am able to load on the pontoons. I am getting the boat for next to nothing so I have to attempt it. Any information would be much appreciated, Thank you. |

| They have very little reserve floatation on the ends. If you walk to the corners it will heel over.
