Build time 40ft catamaran

I think the idea is to use 2 large peices of Melamine board, held at 90degrees to one another with a nice cove between. From this, you can make all different size boxes by varying the overlap onto each half of the mold. You can layup great long lengths at a time, and cut them up into smaller length, which could form multiple cabinets or one great long one.

In combination with flat sheets of melamine, you can make all manner of things, provided the shapes are kept simple. It doesnt help you with complex curves or more intricate furnishings, but the idea behind this thread was to keep it simple and save time.

The hardest part of this method, is using cores. Solid glass is easy. If you want to save weight and use cores, this method gets difficult real quick...
