14' Cat

Hi,
I am new to the sport of sailing and am building a 14' cat. Any information regaurding length to width ratios, mast length, boom length, size of the pontoons to get prober water displacement, etc. I think my design mostly mirrors that of the Hobie Wave. Any information is valuable to me.

Thanks for your time.

It is a good all round boat, racing, cruising with a friend etc. I suggest that you use it as a starting point for your design, or else even get plans for the Paper Tiger. The site is
