William Wood Lighthouse Keepers

I am looking for information on William Wood Lighthouse Keepers Motorsailer. A friend recently purchased one, built in 1935. The boat can be seen on the following link:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...d=245188397949

I am interested in learning about the designer, builder and the experience of other owners. Thanks
