I'd like to buy or build a multipurpose motor sailer, trailerable boat.

I've seen plenty of plans and boats for sale for very large motor sailers, with inboards, but what I'd like is a 25 foot motor sailer, with pilot house of some sort and an ouboard (in a well).

The primary use would be under power, with sail just for fun (not trying to win a sail race).

I'm not sure what to call this or where I'd find plans, etc.

    Ideas? Thanks!!

Tad, a board member, has drawn a boat or two that meet your goals. Worth doing a search, they are beauty's.
