I like Ted Brewer's designs. Well , most of them. I asked him about the Nimble line once and his reply went something like this. "Boat designers have to eat too". That pretty much sums it up. In sheltered waters, this little boat does its job well enough.

The 6' waves mentioned above are not what it does well in. 2' is more like it. 6' waves in typical inshore waters would be miserable in a Nimble. 6' waves in typical inshore waters are miserable in most any boat and should certainly be avoided in a Nimble.
