Any Thoughts

I need some help finding a new home for my motorsailer. Dont suggest eBay or Craigslist..and the local brokers arent workingout either. I`m so tired answering dumb questions like, "well how does it sail to windward"...you know the answer, right?..its got 120hp that says "windward-ho"...and dont suggest sinking her for the insurance...I need some sound advice, please.

Seems like youve tried almost every thing. (I was going to suggest the sinking thing). You wont like this but there only one thing left to do -- ,lower the price?
ouch!!

Actually it looks a nice little boat.
