Hi Mike,

No such problems locally here. In fact, I was at SASOL 2 awhile ago visiting my son who works there as a foreman and he took me on a walk-a-bout at the new project they were putting together for the fuel refinery, and I was amazed by their welding plant.
At ground level the welding machines sat on rows above each other (4 machine high) and at that specific point I would estimate about 80 - 100 of them, with cables leading all over the plant to the operators. All them are industrial rated MILLER inverter packs and I actually asked the youngster if these things lasts, and he said they would not change it for anything else - indestructible....

poida is 60, but I,m 60 1/3!! and those fumes, have done some damage!!
