Unsightly Panels Hi all, I am looking for inspiration/ideas/tactics for hiding the unsightly and dangerous corners created in most steel fabricated yachts. Timber cladding.? what about the hidden steel sufaces. Pointers to pictures/suggestions much appreciated. See pic

You dont say if you are building or if you already have one. It is easy to remove the corners during construction with large dia steel pipe for the corners.

This is a design in progress. The pipe route has been considered, but the corners would be really difficult where a sperical shape is needed. So, it's timber clad steel plate, presenting a hidden unserviceable surface underneath. Or, a complete timber cockpit with sealing/stiffness hurdles. Just looking for ideas

Have seen some prebent 90's and 45's for certain sizes of steel pipe and a steel yard I used to go to. Hand rails are often constructed from them.
